Been meaning to draw the good doctor for the longest time. After a few failed attempts, I thought I should go for simplicity, rather then a super detailed grimacing smile. There's a scene in Red Dragon that has the Doctor in a "exercise pen" where he's leashed to the floor, but allowed to walk around under a series of intense spotlights. I tried to replicate that lighting after much trial and error, but I think I captured it pretty well.
